Hi Jaydee! This past Saturday our family was part of many volunteers that decorated the tombstones of our fallen soldiers at the VA Hospital in our hometown. We went with my daughter's Girl Scout troop and it was such a meaningful and patriotic morning. This is our second year doing this and will be our family's tradition from now on. This fall our son will start Boy Scouts and we will take his pack there as well since we will be the leaders. Memorial Day is more than bbq's and I want to help teach the true meaning to as many kids as possible. God bless all those who serve and those who have served our great nation.

Oh this had made me cry. I just lost my dad who was a WWII vet and so proud of his time spent in the military and fighting for our freedom. Our son would ask him questions and the tears would flow talking about what they had to do to save our freedom. God bless our military past and present.

God Bless and watch over the Military! Keep them safe.

Kris, my thoughts and prayers for you at this most difficult time. My father was also in WWII and I know how difficult it was for all those young men who dedicated their all for our freedom. It always saddens me that so few people realize how young these men were, and how difficult their fight. So many millions were lost in this war, yet we have the freedom we have because of their bravery, their valor and their dedication.

My thanks to your Father and my hugs and prayers for you.
