Stampin! with Jaydee

Hi Everyone. Happy Tuesday. There's a great challenge across at cas-ual fridays this week.

So, who didn't immediately think of the Lone Ranger and starting humming along :-)  I know I did.

Well, let me see.  A clean and simple card and an opportunity to use some silver glimmer paper.... that was a challenge I couldn't pass up.

Here's what I created

A silver wedding anniversary card.  I was really pleased with how it turned out.  I really love the white with the touch of black and the glimmer of the silver paper.

On a personal note:

Don't forget that I'm still looking for alternative sentiments for my emu stamp.  for details check out the post here.  There have already been some fabulous sentiment submissions, which proves that my fellow stampers are a creative lot.

More activity on the mansion next door.... boy... it's going to be a busy summer.  The one good thing about it, is that the family who are moving in are as passionate about wildlife as we are and are as nutty as we are about rescuing things.  They are also determined to improve the environment for the fauna and avifauna just like we are.  So, enormous house (that takes up almost the entire lot) aside... they should be great neigbors to have around.  They are also as excited about seeing their home go up as we were at this time last year.

No kitty last night.... I do hope he's OK.  Keep your fingers crossed for him.
