Hi Everyone.
Hope you are all staying warm! I can't believe that wretched Punxsutawney Sam forecast another 6 weeks of winter, which, for those of us in the northern part of the country, probably means another 4 months! :-)
I did get to spend a little time in my stamping space yesterday, so have some cards to share with you this week. The first one is for the CASETHISSKETCH this week.
The only change I made to the sketch was to reverse the slope. I wanted to use the Thinking of You set from the SSS February card kit and the dotted stamp was perfect for this challenge. Of course, it had to be rainbow colors to match the sentiment that I love.
Here's the outside of my card
And, here's the inside. I'm sorry that you can't see the shimmer from the gelly roller on the little rainbow hearts.
To continue the rainbow theme, I took some SU Basic Rhinestones and colored them with Copic markers to match as closely as I could to my SU colors of Real Red, Pumpkin Pie, Daffodil Delight, Gumball Green, Island Indigo and Midnight Muse.
I have to go rush and feed the cats and then come back to my desk to finish a couple of things for work. I will, however, be back with another card tomorrow.
In the meantime, warm hugs and prayers for those of you who need a little lift tonight.
Hugs
Jaydee

Rainbows! Ahhhhh! I love the added bling, Jaydee, it just finishes off the card. Perfection.

What a great card. I especially love that your rainbow is actually ROY G BIV and not just six colours. ;-)
