Jaydee, I haven't yet begun my art journal, but I've been collecting supplies!! I'd love to see what you made, even if it's not your usual style! :-)

Jaydee I know exactly how you feel about art journals. I tried so hard to make one but I too want clean lines no mess and I gave up in the end. Love your poppies they are so beautifully coloured and look so beautiful.

I just adore your red poppies! gorgeous!

Loll Thompson

Your poppies are beautiful Jaydee ... love the depth and dimension with your fabulous coloring skills. Loll xx

Oh how I love that poppies stamp! I love too that using MDS you can scale it to a size that works best for you. :o)

It's been a long couple of days around here. It turns out poor George had a bunch of crystals in his bladder that had caused a blockage. He had surgery--a catheter placed to remove the crystals and it was flushed out--and subcutaneous fluids. He's still catheterized and will be so until Monday or tomorrow if Dr. B makes it in. He was eating, drinking and doing his kitty business yesterday when I called to check on him. Poor kitty. We miss him around here. Fred is REALLY missing his buddy and insists on playing in the middle of the night. Oy.

Anyhow, given my comment Wednesday, I thought I'd best update. :o) So, he's a sick boy, but on the mend. Thank goodness. We've all been at sixes and sevens about him.

P.S. Hiya Lou!

You have rocked it, Jaydee. A++ for thinking outside the box. I love how we are challenged and come up with the goods. This card is so beautiful. I love it! xx
