Hugs for Match this Sketch

Hi everyone.  Happy Monday.

I have a quick post for you tonight... quick because I have to go and pack.  For once it is me that is traveling and not Lou... and I am so far behind the 8 ball :-)

I saw this fabulous sketch across at Match the Sketch

Once I saw that horizontal layer with the banner, I knew that I had to use the new goodies I ordered from Papertery.  Once I saw this set, I knew I had to have it... I mean, how could I ignore a set that is focused on Hugs :-)  I paired the set - and the die - with some of the new DSP int eh Ocassions catalog.... as my regular blog readers will know... there are some colors I don't use very often and Crisp Cantaloupe and Lost Lagoon are two of them.   However, this card made me realize that I shouldn't ignore them!

Here's my card:

As per my resolutions for 2015.... I finished the inside - and the envelope!

I am totally in love with this new photopolymer set from SU.  This set is so fabulous that it is sitting beside my maine tools on my craft desk.   How appropriate is this stamp on the envelope???

I used a little more of the DSP for the envelope liner:

I LOVE this new DSP... love it....  You wouldn't believe it was designed as DSP for children!  If you haven't noticed it in the occasions catalog - its called Sweet Dreams.

I also love this sketch and will definitely use it again!

Well, I am off to go and pack and I have to try to fit all of my girlie liquids into a tiny little bag so that I can take it on as hand-luggage.  I mean... how do you get moisturizer, mascara, foundation, night cream, eye cream, deodorant, toothpaste... and all the other goodies like lipstick.. into a tiny little bag!!!!    :-)

I'll have another card for you tomorrow night.. In the meantime, warm hugs and prayers for those of you who need a little lift tonight

Hugs

Jaydee
