Hi Everyone. Happy Monday. A quick post for you tonight! I'm continuing the "cute" them for addictedtocas this week and found a great sketch at casethissketch to use to put the two together. Here's the sketch: This is such a great versatile sketch and the minute I saw it, I knew that it was the ideal sketch to use for a new stamp that Lou bought for me on a recent trip to Australia. There are some amazingly cute mammals in Australia and the pygmy possum is certainly one of the cutest! One of the things that I didn't know... Read more →

Hi Everyone. Happy Sunday. It's the fabulously talented Claire's turn to host our Paper Player challenge this week and she has such a fun tic-tac-toe challenge for us: Well, there were so many places to go with this challenge but, as I am desperate to see some spring colors and the bright yellow and white daffodils - I decided to go top to bottom on the left column: yellow, die-cuts and flowers. Hi Everyone. Happy Sunday. I am so behind on posts this week, but more about that later! It's the fabulously talented LeAnne's turn to host our Paper Players challenge this week and she has a great sketch for us. I decided I would use the sketch to create some cards for the Cards for a Cause on splitcoaststampers this month. You can read more about that on my post here . It was a great excuse to use some of the DSP and card stock - and colors - that I rarely use. (One of the resolutions for 2015 that... Read more →

Hi Everyone. Happy Tuesday. I saw a fabulous sketch across at Freshly Made Sketches, but missed the deadline for submission. Mind you, this card wasn't just for the challenge, the sketch was used because I needed to make masculine cards for the splitcoaststampers March Cards for a Cause - Coles Foundation. You can find out more about this on my post here. Here's the sketch When I saw this sketch, I knew that I wanted to use one of my old stamp sets - Rock On Mini from Papertrey Ink. It's a $5 set and I've gotten so much use... Read more →
