It's the fabulous Ann's turn to host our Paper Players challenge this week and she has a great sketch for us: I loved the oval with the banners and immediately knew the stamp set I would use. Hi Everyone. Happy Friday. I have a very quick post for you tonight. When I saw this great sketch at Casethissketch, I was inspired to use Nance's Paper Players challenge to create a CAS water color card. Here's the sketch: I began with a piece of watercolor paper and stamped my poppy in StazOn ink. I briefly dried it with my Heat Gun and watercolored the flowers. I then dried them and added some liquid rubber to the flowers to protect them from the watercolor background I was about to add. I added water to the card base and various... Read more →
Hi Everyone. Happy Thursday. I have another birthday card to share with you today. This time, I used this great sketch from across at retrosketches I love the speech bubble at the top of the card and knew that I could combine it with some fabulous Stampin' Up! DSP. For the sentiment, I used an old super cute - and really affordable - set from Papertrey ink called "Wonderful Words Birthday" I die cut the Birthday using Stampin' Up!
