Firstly, Happy 4th to my American readers. I hope you had a fabulous day spent with family and friends celebrating the independence of this great nation :-)
It's the very talented Ann's turn to host our Paper Players challenge this week and she has a theme that is right up my alley! Those of you who read my blog regularly will know just how much this challenge appealed to me!
I had so many ideas swirling around in my head for this challenge, but decided to keep it reasonably simple with some DSP and a focal image. I used some more of the DSP from English Garden and paired it with a wonderful image from The Wilderness Awaits.
Here's my card:
I love this image and had great fun coloring it. I also love the dotty Mossy Meadow DSP. I really think Mossy Meadow is a wonderful color and can't wait to use it on Christmas cards. NOT.... I repeat NOT... that I am anywhere near ready for colder weather!!!!
It's time to say good bye to three of our Paper Players guest designers. They have been an amazing trio and I will miss playing along side them.
Debbie, Karren and Shannon - it has been amazing. Thank you for your participation!
Of course, when you say goodbye, you also have to say hello.... and, even though they have been with us for a couple of weeks already, we welcome three new guest designers and they are also a very talented group of ladies. Amy, Jodi and Lisa.
Don't forget to check out the fabulous inspirations from our design team and I hope that you will play along with our challenge this week
I'll be back tomorrow with another card. In the meantime, warm hugs and prayers for those of you who need a little lift tonight.
