Hi Everyone. Happy Tuesday. I hope you are all having a great week. I have a couple more inspiration cards for you tonight. I saw this stamp set at the scrapbook expo a few weeks ago in Minneapolis. I attended a paid card making session and, as part of that investment, we get to choose a free stamp set. After the session was over, I went over to the stand and started to look around at the stamps. I saw this stamp set and it was all over. I KNEW that I HAD to have this set. It made me... Read more →

Hi Everyone. Happy Sunday. It's the fabulous Claire's turn to host our Paper Players challenge this week and she has a great sketch for us: As we were away when my August Simon Says Stamp card kit arrived, I decided it was a great time to open it up and check it out. We are coming close to the date that cards have to be at my house, so wanted to remind you to send me an email and let me know that you will be sending cards. I know several of you said you would be participating and I am looking forward to seeing your cards and then processing them to send them off to our fabulous charities this year. Just in case you missed it :-) Here's the link to... Read more →

Hi Everyone. It's the fabulous Laurie's turn to host our Paper Players challenge this week and she has a clean and simple theme for us. Now... clean and simple is easy for me, but creating "scenes" is not. Some people really have the knack of it - just check out the PP inspiration cards as an example! - sadly, I just don't seem to have the knack. However, this old set from Papertrey Ink had a ready created scene for me! All I need to do was stamp it and get out my Copic Markers. The background felt just a... Read more →
