Stampin! with Jaydee

Hi Everyone.  Happy Sunday.

I hope you are all having a great weekend!   It's my turn to host our Paper Players challenge this week and, as yesterday was the first day of Spring.... I think you can guess what this clean and simple challenge theme is :-)

Of course I had to do a Spring challenge!    Luckily for me, the Simon Says Stamp March card kit had the perfect inspiration for my card.   The kit came with some pre-printed images on watercolor paper and I got out my watercolor paints and had some fun!

I love this image and it really was fun to color.   Here's my card:

Isn't that adorable?   It makes me smile just looking at it!

On a personal note:

Well, today is the 2nd day of Spring and it is also my birthday!  In recognition of my birthday, I am announcing the chance of blog candy.  I mean, what's the good of a birthday if you can't give a little present :-)  I will be back tomorrow with all the details of what you can win - and what you have to do to be in the running!    

In the meantime, I wanted to leave you with a look at my favorite Nuthatch.... he moved just as I pressed the shutter button... and he went slightly out of focus... but he sure knew that I was looking at him!
