Stampin! with Jaydee

 Hi Everyone.  Happy Saturday.

It's the fabulous Carolyn's turn to host our Addicted to CAS challenge this week and she has a great theme challenge for us - one that is really close to my heart :-)

My regular blog visitors know how important our pets are to us - most of whom are rescues:-)  So, I was thrilled when I saw this challenge.

Recently I purchased a new cat stamp set from Katzelkraft... these cats are just hysterical and this particular cat reminds me of Bilbo Baggins.  He really is a loving cat - but spends most of his life looking really grumpy! So, when I saw this cat stamp - and this sentiment, I knew they would make a great combination :-)

I just think it is perfect... Bilbo sitting on brick paving... with the sun shining down on him... and he still has that grumpy face :-)

On a personal note:

It's been really cold here the last couple of days. In fact, it has dropped about 30 degrees in temperature in the last two days.  But... there is snow in the wetland - and the sun has been shining.  What more can you want? :-)

As much as I love winter... I was looking back at some photos from summer and realized that I am really looking forward to those warmer temperatures and the arrival of the summer birds :-)  I know... I am never happy :-)

Who wouldn't miss this.... but then, we know we have something to look forward to:

I can't wait t sit outside in our screened in porch again!
