Hi Everyone. Happy Sunday. It's my turn to host the Paper Players challenge this week and I have a tic-tac-toe challenge for you. I decided to go straight across the bottom: Pink, Leaves/Leaf, Flower. I began with one of my favorite Altenew sets - Amazing You. I stamped and die cut the leaves and one of the flowers and colored them with some Polychromos pencils to add detail. I prepared the background with a stencil and some Novo Mousse. The clock on the wall on the photo inspiration got me thinking about my clock stencil from Tim Holtz. Once those ideas came together - the rest was easy. I used the clock... Read more →

Hi Everyone. Happy Sunday. It's the fabulous Sandy's turn to host our Paper Players challenge this week and she has a sketch for us. It's a very versatile sketch and you can go with so many different genre of card, but I decided to do a fairly clean and simple take on the sketch. I began with a strip of SSS woodgrain cardstock and adhered that to my card base. I cut a stitched rectangle for the focal element and stamped the dots from the Dragonfly Dreams set in the top left and bottom right corners with a soft grey... Read more →
