Oh and I forgot to comment on the bird - what a great photo! We have a blue tut nestibg in one of our camera boxes and it makes for captivating viewing!

Wow Jaydee - that vibrant green Dragonfly really packs a punch, just beautiful. I love the subtle grey and lightly textured background too. Perfect in every way!

Jaydee, I love the textures on this gorgeous card! The woodgrain background is perfect! The beautiful dragonfly is so lovely with the vellum and the sparkle! The soft gray dots are so pretty on your background! Your little visitor is so gorgeous! He seemed to enjoy having his picture taken! I love all your outdoor news! Have a wonderful week, My Friend! WOW! That dragonfly is absolutely gorgeous, Jaydee! The choice of papers make it feel light and airy.

Sandy, thank you. I love this wood grain card stock, too. Hugs, Jaydee

Nance, thank you- I love the soft grey, too. Hugs, Jaydee

Barb, thank you so much. I hope you are enjoying Spring in your neck of the woods - we are expecting snow tomorrow :-)

Thank you, Laurie. It was a fun sketch!

Jaydee this card has such great texture. I love the woodgrain background with the vellum and sparkle. Your swallow is pretty handsome too, funny how you had to separate your "kids" to keep them from fighting!

I'm so glad to visit your blog becasue I can see your card in far more detail and its the details (like the wood grain etc) that make it so special. Your colors are perfect.

I love when personal touches are added to a blog!!! I did that too and I'm celebrating spring right aiong with you. What a wonderful photo of the bird! Thanks so much for sharing it.

Oh this is lovely, Jaydee! You've captured the iridescence of a dragonfly perfectly with your careful attention to layers and shading. Love the soft grey stamping too. Elegant and serene--love it, my friend!

Such pretty textures and colors! I love the soft look of the vellum. Great idea for the sketch!
