So pretty in pink, Jaydee! Lovely way of incorporating the sketch elements and still keeping it your style. Love the sparkle sentiment. What a clever idea to color your thread with Copics--genius! So glad you had a fabulous birthday week--happy belated, my dear!

Such an awesome monochromatic card! The soft pinks and the sparkly sentiment are just stunning. Sounds like you had an amazing trip for your birthday and were able to get away from the cold, if even for a bit! Hope you're having a great week ~ Hugs, Annie

Mission accomplished to create a CAS card! This is gorgeous and stood out to me. Love it.

GREAT mix of pattern and soft colors, Jaydee! I love the simplicity of this design! It is yet so sophisticated!

This is just wonderful! I love the subtlety of your combination of elements and papers. And I did not know you could colour silver thread with markers, so thanks for that tip too. I'm loving this card!

Joanne James

Jaydee your palette of soft pinks and use of subtle patterns definitely produces a card that has a wonderful CAS feel to it. Love the addition of the glimmer diecut sentiment for a little wow! Your trip sounds like fun - what a wonderful way to celebrate your birthday. Enjoy your week!

This card is beautiful, so soft and subtly colored! I love that you colored the glimmer paper too! And happy you got some down time, visiting us Easterners! Although technically, I am a "north"easterner, it's still nice that you were able to enjoy your trip!

Oh Jaydee, this is so lovely! You would never know that you struggled with the sketch! I absolutely adore all the pink and the stripes. The glitter sentiment is fabulous! You rocked my sketch this week! On a personal note, I would love it if you moved closer to me! How fun! Asheville is such an artsy place. The mountains are so peaceful. So happy you enjoyed your birthday vacation! Sending you a huge hug! XX

Jaydee, leave it to you to take a sketch with a lot of layers and turn in into something monochromatic and CAS. I love the subtle tone-on-tone, and the sparkly sentiment is fabulous. My sister lived in the Blue Ridge mountains in Georgia until recently, and I did a bit of hiking there. What a gorgeous part of the country. If you move to the east coast perhaps we could even get together!

Jaydee... sheer perfection! I love the soft pinks across your design!
