Stampin! with Jaydee

Hi Everyone  Happy Sunday.

It's the fabulous Joanne's turn to host our 401st challenge at the Paper Players and she has a bright and fun color challenge for us:

I must confess, I don't have any of these new SU colors, so I had to match as closely as I could using Comic markers.  :-)  These colors did scream FLORAL to me and you know that I can't resist coloring flowers.  The issue was..... what flowers to color?  In the end, I decided on the Power Poppy Orchid Rocks

Power Poppy was on of the sponsors of our 400th challenge and I remembered that I had colored one of their images as part of the Elements of Nature coloring class that I did a couple of years ago.   I visited their site and decided that I had to have a couple of floral stamps and some digital images :-)  

I then went looking for some color inspiration and found this photo on Plant Care today:

Although I didn't use the exact colors in the photo, it really was a great starting point for me.   I stamped the orchid image onto Neenah Solar White #80 card stock and got to work with my Copic markers.  It didn't take me long to color this image.  

Once I was finished, I die cut the image onto a tag and also die-cut another piece of Neenah Solar White #80 card stock using my Altenew die.   I mounted that directly to the card base and then mounted the tag with fun foam.
