Hi Everyone. Happy Saturday.
It's the fabulous Bobby's turn to host our Addicted to CAS challenge and this is her code word:
I hope you will join us and play along this week. If you do, and you are chosen as our winner - the wonderful Kylie has a $20 gift card to her shop for you:
For my card, I decided to use one of my old Penny Black stamps and my Zig Real Brush Markers. I inked up the stamps with the brush markers and then spritzed them with water and applied that to a piece of Arches Cold Pressed watercolor paper.
I used my water brush to do a little clean up and the tip of my zig marker to add the ends of the berries and stamped the sentiment. Very quick and easy. I finished off the card by adding a little blue around the image.
Here's a closeup of the loose watercolor
I mounted the watercolor layer onto a Neenah Solar White #110 card base, stamped a sentiment on the inside and my card was complete:
If you are looking for some more inspiration, you have to look no further than the creations from our very talented design team.
I'll be back tomorrow with my Paper Player's card. In the meantime, warm hugs and prayers for those of you who need a little lift tonight.
Hugs
Jaydee

I have that stamp, Jaydee, and I love using the same technique you did with it except with Distress Markers. The Zigs worked beautifully and I love the extra touches you gave the berries.
