Stampin! with Jaydee

Hi Everyone.

Happy Saturday.  It's the fabulous Raga's turn to host our Addicted to CAS challenge and she has a great theme for us:

I hope you will join us this week.  As usual, the design team have some wonderful inspiration for you, including our guest designer Shawna.  As a computer engineer, her sentiment really resonated with me:-)  I hope you will check out her card!

One of the sets that really screams "style" to me is a Stampin' Up! set called "Beautiful You".  This is another one of those SU sets that will always be with me.  In fact, I think it has been with me since it first came out.  there is something about this set that really speaks to me.

I decided to use paper piecing and background stamping to create my card.  I used the background stamp from the much more recent "Very Versailles" set to create the script background, and some old DSP to do the paper piecing.  Here's my card:

Polka dots.... well they can go either way - casual, or Holly Golightly.... even though she wore that perfect little black dress, I think polka dots are perfect for her :-)
