Hi Everyone. Happy Sunday.
It's the fabulous Laurie's turn to host our Paper Players challenge and it's color week:
On a personal note:
Mmmmm... so look what greeted us when we awoke on Saturday morning!
Yep... that white stuff would be snow!!! We were lucky though, as we only got a dusting and it's due to get back to the early 60s this week, so this stuff isn't hanging around for long :-)
I was sitting at my desk on Friday and had a little visitor come and have a snack at the bird food! We see so few deer these days, that they are always a very welcome site. (our city mayor decided that deer were dangerous, so had a licensed cull.... don't even get me started on that topic!) But that's the reason we see so few. I'm thrilled to report that she's traveling around with a couple of babies, too.
I'll be back tomorrow with another card. In the meantime, warm hugs and prayers for those of you who need a little lift tonight.
Hugs
Jaydee
Card recipe:

Your friend will love her birthday card! You softened the colors beautifully, and that border die is "to die for!"

I am happy you made a non-Halloween card with these colors...that's what I normally try to do, but I embraced Halloween this week! Your florals are beautiful, especially with that pretty sentiment!

Beautiful, Jaydee! I love the layout...and how you used these colors in a non-Halloween way. What an awesome die! It really sets the sentiment off!

Your card inspired me to keep pursuing a non-Halloween themed card with these colours Jaydee - your card is such a great way to showcase these colours, perfectly balanced against the soft vanilla base. I am loving that fabulous die too - a great card!

Jaydee, I love that you used these colors on a non-Halloween theme. My brain just kept going back to Halloween no matter how hard I tried. Your card is simply stunning as always and that die is wonderful. Love the added detail. Like you, I don't reach for vanilla very often, so I'm trying to challenge myself to use it more. On another note, I'm super jealous of your snow, even if it's not hanging around for long. Have a fantastic day, my friend!
