HI Everyone. Happy Monday. Well, today was supposed to be the start of my staycation. MMMM... I ended up working all day, so was not able to get into my craft room. However, I do have a card I made yesterday using the theme across at CAS on Fridays I've used this set from SU several times with a softer, girly feel. It is the fabulous Sue's turn to host our Addicted to CAS challenge this week and this is her code word: Texture has so many interpretations! For this card, I decided to go with layers. I stamped the script layer and then the Eiffel tower and then added the woman and then the polka dot dress.. It's the fabulous Claire's turn to host our Paper Players challenge this week - and here is her sketch: I decided it was time to bring out my favorite stamps and paper - oh and a little gold metallic watercolor paint! I began by watercoloring a background and then die-cutting an oval. I pulled out an old stamp set because the sentiment was perfect for the paper and image.
