Stampin! with Jaydee

Hi Everyone

I have a fun card for you tonight.  It's another one of the cards that will be part of the next batch that I send off to SendASmile4Kids.  I saw this super cute set from Whimsy Stamps on Simon Says Stamp and decided I had to have it... cos you know I'm a little obsessed with gnomes :-)

I was inspired to make this card for these two challenges:

My animal is snail and my choices from Festive Friday are cute animals, sunshine/sunrays, stitched (die-cut)

I had tremendous fun coloring this image and then adding the sun rays behind it.  Of course, I just love the sentiment!  I wanted to create a cobblestone effect under the focal images, so tried to add texture and not smooth out the coloring.

I really hope this brings a smile to some child's face... it certainly did mine :-)
