Stampin! with Jaydee

Happy Thursday! 

I have two cards for you tonight - one using Stampin' Up! Butterfly Gala for AAA #167 and another using Stampin' UP! Pampered Pats for Sketch Saturday.

Here's my card for Sketch Saturday using Pampered Pets.  I fussy cut two of the dogs from the DSP and mounted them on fun foam.  I used some of the DSP as the background and mounted the whole thing onto a black card base.  This is a card for another one of my colleagues who is retiring and looking forward to spending time walking her two beloved dogs.

I went in a totally different direction for AAA and was inspired by the photo for the challenge:

I don't know what this butterfly is but it is absolutely gorgeous.  I think you can see where the inspiration came from for my card:

I'll be back with another card tomorrow - but, before I go, I thought you might like a photo of a visitor to our feeder today.  I captured a shot of a young male oriole eating the jelly.  He was hardly concered about my presence on the deck and decided he was going to eat regardless.  Mind you, he did make sure he faced me to keep an eye out - just in case!
