Happy Wednesday. It's hump day and are officially on our way to the weekend! I have a card for you today - clean and simple - using Merry Moose from the new Stampin' Up catalog. Except, it doesn't feature the moose - just the tree stamp. I was inspired to make this card for the As You See It challenge - and it's a speed stamping challenge! I made this card from start to finish in 9 minutes... a record for me. I used the tree from the Merry Moose set and stamped it with a darker green in the... Read more →

Happy Tuesday! I have a quick post for you today featuring Katzelkraft's Les Jungles. I've had this set for quite a few years and I always enjoy inking it up. I was inspired to use it from the theme at Time Out this week and the sketch across at Casethissketch When I saw peaceful, I immediately went to Christmas BUT... then I saw the peace sign and my head went in a totally different direction. I die-cut a rectangle and used my blending brush with Pool Party ink for the background and stamped some of the seagulls in Smoky... Read more →

These days layers and layers are just not in my wheelhouse and REALLY take me out of my comfort zone. So, I decided that I would pull up my big girl panties and stop whining and embrace the layers. And,... Read more →

Happy Saturday! Where has this week gone? I had a couple of cards to share this week, but the time completely got away with me. However, I did spend some quality time in my craft cave today and am feeling rested and relaxed and somewhat recovered from what has been a very long week. I made this card for one of my besties. She is so excited as Starbucks has finally opened in her home town and they can now go back to Saturday morning coffee breaks! I used the sketch across at Freshly Made and items from the inspiration... Read more →
