Whale Done for Freshly Made Sketches #442
05 July 2020
Happy Sunday - again:-) You can see my Paper Players challenge card at this link. I got the chance to play in my craft room and went looking for some sketch inspiration. I found that at FreshlyMade and used my Whale Done and Whale of a Time - AGAIN... I do love this set - especially the paper.
As the layout is pretty clean and simple, I used 2 different pieces of the DSP for two elements and cut a circle in white for the third element. I fussy cut a whale to add to it. Here's my take on the sketch:
I added some "bubbles" in Pool Party for a little something something! I really like the way it turned out - and, must confess... I am a little obsessed with this gorgeous paper.
As I got to spend some time in my craft room today, I will have some cards to share with you over the next couple of days - something from Pampered Pets, Something from Sailing Home and Parisian Beauty. In the meantime, let's check out what was visiting us... this time not at the feeder. We don't get to see these guys very often, we hear them more than we see them. I love the way he is camoflaged against the tree bark:
I'll be back tomorrow. In the meantime, warm hugs and prayers for those of you who need a little lift tonight.
Hugs
Jaydee
