Happy Sunday. It's the fabulous Anne Marie's turn to host our Paper Players challenge and it's theme week: I decided to go all - and feminine! It's a profusion of pink! Someone had better call the carding police - I can't remember ever having made an all pink card. Well, there are touches of white and silver :-) It was a perfect excuse to use the balloon dies from The Greetery that go with the Balloon Bouquet stamp set. I paired it with some gorgeous DSP that I purchased at JoAnns. One of those 3 for the price of 2... Read more →

Happy Sunday. It's the fabulous Joanne's turn to host our Paper Players challenge this week - and it's color week: Thes eare such wonderful spring colors and I was inspired to use my new die-cuts from The Greetery. I sponged colors as close to Heather and Seaside as I could and die-cut the forget-me-nots. I paired them with a heart from the Posy Heart die and a sentiment from the Mini Heart Boxwood. I blended some ink on the background, too so that I could anchor the posy heart. I popped the flowers up on foam dots to add a... Read more →

Happy Saturday. It's the turn of the fabulous Raga to host our Addicted to CAS challenge this week and this is her code word. Originally, I was looking to do something with triangles, but realized that I had a much more fun choice with Stampin' Up!s Game On. I thought the shapes of the chess pieces and the board inspired background would be much more interesting. This card is one that is going into the collection that I have going for Bearly Art's card drive for Foster Kids. If you are interested in finding out more about this card drive,... Read more →
