Happy Saturday.
It's the fabulous Joy's turn to host our Addicted to CAS challenge and this is her code word:
I needed a card to send to a crafting friend who needs a little support. I used an old sketch from the Paper Players and inked up the wonderful Cotton Comforts from The Greetery.
Here's my card:
I love the sentiments from this set as well as the softness of the focal images. I think I will be using this set a lot! The design team have some fabulous inspiration for you. We hope that you will join us. We really would love to see what you create using this code word.
On a personal note:
Well... not sure what happened to the 70 degree temps! It's been cold, wet, windy and rainy the last few days and we are back into sweaters! I must admit, my old bones were really appreciating the warmer weather.
The house is almost ready for spring/summer. We have changed out the curtains, rugs and pillows and just have a few finishing touches this weekend. But, first, it means a quick trip to indulge in some retail therapy for a couple of finishing touches!
I'll be back tomorrow with my Paper Players card. In the meantime, warm hugs and prayers for those of you who need a little lift tonight.
Hugs
Jaydee
Card recipe:
- Cardstock: Neenah Solar White 80# and 110#
- Stamps: Cotton Comforts - The Greetery
- Dies: Cotton Comforts - The Greetery. Stitched Rectangle, Lil Inkers

Softness is the perfect description of your card, Jaydee. I'm sure your friend will find it very comforting. Good luck with the seasonal rearrangement of your environment - I've been doing the same thing!
xoxo Fran

What a lovely soft image the cotton flower is Jaydee and I love the softly inked background yoy placed it on. The weather seems to have gone haywire all over the world - here in the UK it's been veering wildly between spring sunshine and arctic temperatures and snow! Vicky x
