Happy Sunday.
It's the fabulous Laurie's turn to host our Paper Players challenge this week and it's theme week. This theme was the perfect excuse to ink up my Hero Arts Bees and Flowers dies. Here's a sneak peek:
I had such fun coloring these die-cuts!! Here's our theme for this week.
On a personal note:
Well, it's official. The house is sold and the new family moved in on Friday. We were lucky enough to sell the house before it officially went on the market and the new owners are the perfect fit. They loved the house so much they went in above asking price and elected to retain some of our old furniture, which was great as it meant there was less for us to have to try to find homes for! One of our neighbors did an amazing job of selling the rest of the furniture and decor pieces to friends and family. It was wonderful to see the goodies that I had so carefully curated go to new homes where they are being loved! We were really lucky to have so much help and that everything went so smoothly. We have settled into life in the apartment and are loving being in a smaller city where everything is within minutes of us!
I've also managed to get into my craft room and make some cards. I've been making cards for Send A Smile for kids and have 50 cards about to go out in the post. I'll share some of them with you this week. In the meantime, warm hugs and prayers for those of you who need a little lift tonight.
Hugs
Jaydee

Jaydee: So happy for you and Lou that everything went well. It must have been difficult to get separated of things you have cherished across the years; but, as you say, they have found homes where they are loved. Good luck!!! Loved your card . . . the bee is so realistic!!
