Year 11 for Festive Friday #F0118

Happy Friday.

It's another challenge using the INSPO list created by FESTIVE FRIDAY.   As always, even though we are celebrating a specific theme, you don't have to follow the theme.  Just take 3 words from the INSPO list and use them in your card.

Oh.. I had so much fun creating this card.  I used a set I thought I had ZERO use for when it arrived in my SimonSaysStamp surprise box.  It arrived a couple of days before I was getting ready to make a card for this challenge - and the timing couldn't have been more perfect.

Let's take a sneak peek:

Isn't that background fun?  I used the Twirling Flurries background die from Ellen Hutson with some texture black card stock.  I then added lots of wonderful paint splatters to add even more texture.    So.... .what is the theme this week?

We are celebrating World Space Week.   Mind you, I don't think Bezos is doing that much celebrating :-)  For my card, I stamped and fussy cut the three little planets with their party hats and added them to the background.   I stamped the punny sentiment and adhered it to the card making sure it wasn't straight.  I just thought it needed a sentiment that was slightly out of kilter :-)

Here's my card:

Year11

Here are the inspo words I used:   planet, night sky, splatters, sparkle, ink blending!

I hope you will join us and play along.  We would love to see what you create from our INSPO list.   As always the design team have some fabulous inspiration for you:
