Happy Friday.

We have another fabulous INSPO list at our Festive Friday cardmaking challenge.  This week we are celebrating World Music Therapy Day.  It was the perfect excuse to bring out a set I got for Christmas from The Greetery called Heaven and Nature Sing - except I didn't make a Christmas card for this challenge.  Oh, and I used pastel colors!

World Music Therapy Day - what a wonderful day to celebrate.  I don't know about the rest of you, but music has the capacity to put me in a good mood, relax me, get me in the party mood, soothe my soul, make me cry, bring back happy memories (Hey, Hey We're the Monkeys, anyone!)  My first husband used to say he knew what kind of day I had at work by the music I put on to play when I got back from work :-)  So, I was happy to celebrate the them for this challenge!

Here our the INSPIRATION words for you.   As always, you don't have to follow the theme, just choose three words from the INSPO list and use them on your creation.

I die-cut and inked the elements from the Heaven and Nature set and, of course, I had to bring out my favorite background stencil, KnitWits from The Greetery.  I know it's hard to see, but I actually blended 3 slightly different shades of pink on the background - but in the photo they all seem to blend together just a little too well!

On a personal note:

Almost packing time!  The first of the packing boxes arrived today and will pack a few things this weekend.  I think my crafting stuff will be just about the last thing I pack!!!  I'm hoping to get into my craft room for a little rest and relaxation this weekend and not think about packing!  I'll be back on Sunday with my Paper Players card.  In the meantime, warm hugs and prayers for those of you who need a little lift tonight.
