Happy Saturday. It's not often that I get to play along with challenges, never mind having an opportunity to be inspired by three challenges with one single card! I used the colors across at Color Throwdown, the inspiration theme from Just us Girls and the idea of a single layer card from Less is More. Oh! And. Even better! I get to use a brand new set that I bought from SU called Inked & Tiled. Here's a sneak peek: Such a pretty color combo - I'm so glad that Color Throwdown inspired me. Here are the challenge badges: I... Read more →

Happy Friday. It's a double opportunity challenge this week across at Festive Friday. We are joining with our crafty friends across at the Double Trouble challenge. That means you can create a single card and enter it into two difference challenge sites! I love it when that happens. The two challenges work really well. Our INSPO list has elements that perfectly tie into the Double Trouble challenges as we are celebrating FATHER'S DAY and Double Trouble is celebrating masculine! For my card I pulled out an oldie but goodie from SU called Geared up Garage. I added some plaid, metal... Read more →

Happy Sunday. It's the fabulous Joanne's turn to host our Paper Players challenge this week and it's clean and simple week. For my card today, I used another die in the Baby Face collection from The Greetery. This one is called Sweet Pea. You've seen me use the elephant here, the lamb here and the bees here and here. Today it's the sweet pea. Here's a sneak peek: I love that the little peas can be stamped with the little faces and then slipped into their pod:-) So cute! Anyway, here's Joanne's challenge - and it's a unique take on... Read more →

Happy Saturday. It's Ceal's turn to host our challenge across at AddictedtoCAS this week. When I saw the code word that Ceal had chosen my mind jumped ahead to the 4th of July. I know... it's a little early - but that's where my head went :-) Once my head had gone to the 4th of July, I decided to play with an old set from The Greetery called Pinwheel Party. I used the stencils from the set to create my card. Here's a sneak peek: I used shades of red and white to create my pinwheels and then used... Read more →

Happy Sunday. It's my turn to host our Paper Players challenge this week and it's color week. The colors I chose can be either really hot, bright shades, or very subtle shades. I went with the latter. It was the perfect excuse to bring out my Spring Meadow Stencil and die from The Greetery. Here's a sneak peek: Can you see the little flowers in the centers of the die-cut flowers? They are adorable. They also come from The Greetery and are called Flower Bits! In case you hadn't guessed it PINK.... yes... that would be PINK.... has made it... Read more →
