Merry Christmas for Addicted to CAS #245
Wild & Sweet for Paper Players #656

Just My Type for Paper Players #655

Happy Sunday.

It's the fabulous LeAnne's turn to host our Paper Players challenge this week and it's sketch week.   For the sketch I was inspired to ink up the Just My Type set from Stampin' Up! and pair it with some DSP from the Delightfully Eclectic.

Here's a sneak peek:

And here is LeAnne's sketch:

I generally don't use a lot of DSP (although I seem to have a never ending stock of it in my craft cupboard :-)  But I decided to embrace the DSP and use it on this card.  Instead of the ribbon, I went with a longer sentiment for that area.

I stamped the typewriter in navy and fussy cut it out.  I added a couple of gems for a little shimmer and shine.  A really easy card to pull together.

Here's my card:

As always, the design team have some fabulous inspiration for you:

On a personal note:

Oh yeah!  The weather is in the 70s with low humidity.  FINALLY!  So it's a day to sit on our balcony and enjoy the fabulous weather and look forward to the upcoming long weekend :-)  I'll be back later in the week with another card.  In the meantime, warm hugs and prayers for those of you who need a little lift tonight.

hugs

Oh, I just love a typewriter. This is so fun and a great way to use this sketch! The color combo is so pretty, too! Just fabulous, My Friend!

Totally fun card. I love the typewriter and the cute little flower on the paper.

What a cute card, Jaydee! You have created the best cards with this stamp set. I love the mix of designer paper patterns. Pink and blue are always great colors together. Great job!

Jaydee, this might have been a really easy card to pull together, but it is also really effective! I love the navy and pink color combo and the use of a sentiment for the horizontal element instead of a ribbon.

I just love this sweet typewriter and way to go with the DSP - it looks great! I have a never ending stash of it too (I still can't stop buying more though!!)
