Happy Friday. It's another INSPO challenge across at Festive Friday this week and it's just in time to encourage you to make some Valentine's/Galentine's Day. I decided to create a simple mini-slimline card using a die that I got as a freebie from Spellbinders. Here's a sneak peek: Here's our INSPO list for this week: As always, you don't need to folow the them for the challenge, all you need to do is incorporate three of the elements from our INSPO list into your creation. Happy Tuesday. Yesterday we spent in the day in Tenerife. Although I have been to Spain several times before, this was my first trip to the Canary Islands. I also decided to use a color I hardly every use - especially outside of fall - ORANGE!!! Here's a sneak peek: Oh... and here's Anne Marie's challenge: Well, now I think you know why I chose orange - I always think of it as a bold color and it was the first color that came into my... Happy Wednesday and greetings from a beautifully sunny (mostly!) day. We are currently on the final leg of our sail to Southampton and expect to reach there early tomorrow morning. Thankfully, the seas have been much calmer and the nights more restful. We are currently somewhere off the coast of Cornwall. Although I have been on this ship since the 21 December, our sail away from Southampton tomorrow evening that truly begins our round the world trip. When I began doing my genealogy back in the very early 2000s, I was looking to find out more about my grandparents and... Read more →
