Hibiscus for Paper Players #681
17 March 2024
Happy Sunday and greetings from somewhere off the east coast of Vietnam!
It's the fabulous Joanne's turn to host our Paper Players challenge this week and - once again - I managed to NOT see the CLEAN and SIMPLE on this challenge. Grrrrrr.... but... as I am thousands of miles away from my crafting goodies I'm stuck with it! Note to self... next time you are rushing to get things done before a trip - stop and read!!!!!
Here's a preview of my NOT SO clean and simple card!
And here is Joanne's challenge for this week:
Flowers and slimline were definitely a theme before I left. Am I the only one that gets into a rut and tends to use the same layout or elements? Or was it just because I was in such a rush and didn't have time to think of anything else??? Anyway, I pulled out an old set from the Greetery Botanicuts Hibiscus. I honestly don't think I have used this often at all and looking at this card I really wish I had stopped and added some shading!!!!
Anyway, here you go:
As always, the design team have some fabulous inspiration for youo:
I hope you will join us and play along this week. We would love to see what you create with Joanne's challenge. I'll be back in a couple of days with a catchup travel post - I'm way behind on that! In the meantime, warm hugs and prayers for those of you who need a little lift tonight.
Hugs
Jaydee
