Butterflies for Earth Day - Festive Friday challenge #156
Be Bold Blooms for Paper Players #683

I've got your back - Addicted to CAS #255

Happy Saturday and greetings again from the Bay of Bengal.  We have another challenge for you across at AddictedtoCAS this week and Sue has chosen a challenge that I know a lot of you can relate to as there has been so much of it around in certain areas!

For me, it was a great excuse to pull out a very old set that came free in one of the British card making magazines.  Lou bought the magazine in one of the airports in Australia on sale for a steal.  So this little set (that I love) went from the UK to Australia to the USA :-)   Anyway, I used one of my favorite stamps from the set - here's a sneak peek:

Oh... and here is Sue's theme:

I stamped the image onto a die-cut tag and then did some very loose coloring with my Copic Markers.  The umbrella was paper pieced out of an old piece of DSP - I mean... who wouldn't want a yellow polka dot umbrella!  I popped the tag up with some extra card stock.  I've stopped using foam to add dimension as extra card stock seems to do much better in the mail!  I added the sentiment - and the card was ready to go.

Here;s my full card:

The design team have some fabulous inspiration for you.  I hope you will check out our challenge and play along with us.  We would love to see what you make with the RAIN theme.

I'll be back tomorrow with my Paper Players card.  In the meantime, warm hugs and prayers for those of you who need a little lift tonight
