Happy Wednesday. I'm playing along with the new sketch across at Atlantic Hearts Sketches this week. I had such fun working with this sketch and pulled out a very old set from The Greetery called Sketchbook Roses. It's one of those sets that manages to survive every purge of my crafting goodies:-) Here's a sneak peek: I paired the image with some old SU DSP and a envelope die from Pinkfresh Studio that I got as part of a crafting event. I actually created two different versions. This brighter, deeper color with the black outline and a much softer, more... Read more →

Here's a sneak peek: And here is our challenge for this coming two week challenge: I used a filmstrip die from Alexandra Renke for my focal layer and some of the cats from the Cat-i-tude die set from Waffle Flower to create the photos. The sentiments are from Here's my full... Read more →

Happy Sunday and Happy Easter to all those who celebrate. It's the fabulous Elizabeth's turn to host our Paper Players challenge this week and it's clean and simple week. Well, my card is sorta clean and simple in that it has lots of white space, but with a twist! I only had one set that would be appropriate for this challenge, so I had to use it :-). I decided to make a shaker card and make it something other than an Easter card. I don't often do shakers, but I had some wonderfully feminine shaker bits that I wanted... Read more →
