HI Everyone. Happy Tuesday. I have another card to share with you from my Sunday crafting spell. As usual, I went looking for some inspiration and found two challenges to play along with at Inkspirational and Casethissketch: Now.... let's talk about Kraft..... Mmmmm.... Not my usual go to color - so this was a real challenge for me and I decided it was time to put my new Caran D'Ache pencils to the test. I began by stamping some sweet peas down the right hand side. I then set about coloring them with my new pencils. I was really pleased... Read more →

Hi Everyone. Very quick post for you tonight. It's pretty late and I wanted to get my blog post done before I crawl into bed. It was a very early start to the day (5.15am) and it's almost 11pm! This weekend I played around with one of my new stamps from the 2015/2016 catalog. I was so excited when I saw this set in the catalog and knew that it was going to be a favourite. Hi Everyone. Happy Sunday. It's my turn to host the Paper Players challenge this week and it's a clean and simple theme challenge. Hi Everyone. Happy Thursday. Quick post for you tonight. On Tuesday's post I promised to share another Wetlands card. I wanted to create another one layer card but had to find a way to add a little interest. I realized that I hadn't used my Banner set from the new catalog and thought it would make an ideal mask to create a central focal area and some stripes. All I needed was some rubbing alcohol and some Crumb Cake ink refill. It was really easy to use. All I did was place my card stock on my craft sheet, secure... Read more →

Hi Everyone. As it's a one layer card challenge across at the Paper Players this week. I thought I would add another one to the mix. I am in love with Truly Grateful and the background stamp means that you don't even have to put down a mask, as it is already the perfect size and doesn't need masking! On a personal note: I wanted to share a few photos with you of our dinner on Sunday. We got to eat outside on the deck and we are so loving it: It's warm, without being overpowering; there is a slight... Read more →
