One Layer Cards

Hi Everyone. Very quick post for you tonight. It's pretty late and I wanted to get my blog post done before I crawl into bed. It was a very early start to the day (5.15am) and it's almost 11pm! This weekend I played around with one of my new stamps from the 2015/2016 catalog. I was so excited when I saw this set in the catalog and knew that it was going to be a favourite. Hi Everyone. Happy Sunday. It's my turn to host the Paper Players challenge this week and it's a clean and simple theme challenge. Hi Everyone. Happy Thursday. Quick post for you tonight. On Tuesday's post I promised to share another Wetlands card. Hi Everyone. As it's a one layer card challenge across at the Paper Players this week. I thought I would add another one to the mix. I am in love with Truly Grateful and the background stamp means that you don't even have to put down a mask, as it is already the perfect size and doesn't need masking! On a personal note: I wanted to share a few photos with you of our dinner on Sunday. We got to eat outside on the deck and we are so loving it: It's warm, without being overpowering; there is a slight... Read more →

Hi Everyone. Happy Tuesday. Some of you may have seen the card that I made for the Paper Players challe nge this week. Well, I decided that I wanted to do a one layer version of this card. Sometimes you just don't have time to do multiple layers, cut out die tags, stamp a sentiment multiple times to make your own background paper, etc. Sometimes, youi want a heartfelt card that is easy to do - less than 3 minutes - and that will easily fit through the post. I used the same colors, the same stamps, but created this... Read more →
