Happy Monday! Festive Friday have another great challenge and I couldn't wait to play along. I needed to make a Christmas card for our amazing postal worker. Really.... it doesn't matter if its -47 degrees or +115 degrees, postie is out there every day delivering mail. Poinsettia Petals - It's Your Day - for Paper Players #521

Happy Sunday. Today it is the fabulous Claire's turn to host our Paper Players challenge and it's color week. Here is our challenge: Initially I really wanted to make a New Year card, but decided to make a celebration card instead. I paired the poinsettia with a sentiment from the Happiest of Birthday's set and created this clean and simple card. I heat embossed the bracts from the Poinsettia with silver embossing powder and layered them with a little foam tape and added that large sentiment. A really easy card to put together. Happy Sunday. It's the fabulous Joanne's turn to host our Paper Players challenge this week and it's theme week. For my card, I was inspired by a photo on our local news channel that showed sun set over the snow - and how the snow turned orange. Happy Saturday. Where has this week gone? I have a quick card for you tonight using one of my favorite Stampin' Up! sets - Toile Christmas. This is one of the cards that was shipped off to the seniors this past week. I made multiples of them - all slightly different. I love how versatile this set is - it can be used for very simple CAS cards, or, like the one tonight. Robin and Wren for Case this Sketch

Happy Sunday, again :-) In case you missed it, you can find my Paper Players card on this post. I have a quick card for you that I created from the sketch across at Casethissketch. It's a really cool sketch and I decided to turn it on the vertical instead of the horizontal. I used my favorite The Greetery sets - Robin and Wren and Blooming Branches to create this little scene.
